Claus’ Christmas Cabin
Children and big kids alike will be able to meet Santa and his friends when the North Pole comes to Gloucester Quays. Let your little ones’ imaginations run wild as they step into the magical Claus’ Christmas Cabin which opens this November until Monday 24th December.
Enter the traditional log cabin surrounded by enchanting woodland and snow covered trees. Youngsters will be able to meet Mrs Claus and Santa who will be taking time out from his very busy present sorting schedule, so they can tell him what they would like for Christmas.
Each child will also receive a special toy on their visit. This magical experience is aimed at children aged between one and nine and entry is £10 per child but adults go free.

The experience is designed to ignite the imagination of children, and we want to ensure that every child leaves our experience knowing they’ve met the real Santa Claus’. As such, each child will receive a wrapped gift, appropriate to the child’s age. This leads to an additional cost, reflected in the price.
There is no minimum or maximum age. Babies under 1 year of age are free and you will still be able to take them through the whole attraction including the Santa Claus’ meeting. They will however not receive a present.
We want to ensure we are as inclusive as possible, and we’re hopeful this attraction will be open to all. The attraction will be suitable for carefully managed mobility scooters or pushchairs. Wheelchairs are also permitted. If in any doubt do contact us using the contact number – 01482 320099 and we can clarify this for you in more detail.
No, this is a very family friendly attraction and therefore there is nothing but magic and wonder inside!
We want you and your family to have the best possible experience. As such, our customers move through the attraction in small groups for maximum enjoyment. If your family group is small we may join you up with another small group, however, you will only ever meet Santa Claus’ in your own personal family group.
Yes! No one wants to queue with excited young children, do they? So tickets are sold in 15 minute time slots to help things to run nice and smoothly. All time slots are shown on the booking page, and you will, therefore, guarantee your time slot once you make the booking. Please note that to keep things running smoothly we ask that families arrive at Gloucester Quays nice and early, and then turn up at the experience 10 minutes prior to their time slot.
You are more than welcome to take photographs as your family passes through the attraction. After all, this is a very special experience that you’ll want to share with loved ones.
Each and every child (over the age of 12 months) is given a hand-wrapped, unique gift by Santa Claus’. In order to ensure mass appeal, we include products that are familiar to most children, using branded gifts such as Disney and Marvel. We also separate presents into the following age categories, to ensure that the gift is as appropriate to the child as is within our power:
The attraction ticketing / admission times have been designed to avoid any long queues. Once inside Santa Claus’ will be made available, one family at a time, but it’s amazing as he seems to be able to see more than one family at once – we don’t know how he does it, but we put it down to Christmas magic…
The Claus’ Christmas Cabin Helpdesk is now open to help with your booking.
